PARACHUTE Collaboration Privacy Notice

Information we process
PARACHUTE Collaboration is a document-based collaboration tool for approved participants in instructor-led training programs. PARACHUTE may process your Google Account email address; identifiers for documents, rooms, and participant assignments; encrypted messages and display names; access, delivery, retention, and activity records; and information you provide when requesting support.
How we use and protect information
We use this information to authenticate users and control access; provide collaboration features; manage participants, rooms, and retention; protect, maintain, and troubleshoot the service; and respond to support, privacy, or security requests. PARACHUTE runs on Google-hosted services. Message content and display names are encrypted in the participant's browser before storage. Authorized room members can decrypt content. Authorized administrators are trusted custodians who can perform recovery and administrative functions.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Information is disclosed only to authorized participants and administrators; service providers that host or support PARACHUTE, including Google; when required by law or needed to protect users and the service; or to complete an action you request. Messages follow room-retention settings. Other account and configuration information is retained only as needed to operate and protect the service or meet legal obligations.
Google API data and contact
PARACHUTE's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Parachute Collaboration is provided by BAMF Technologies. To request access, correction, or deletion, or for privacy questions please email support@bamftechnologies.com.
