PARACHUTE Collaboration Terms of Service

Eligibility and access

PARACHUTE is available only to approved participants using an authorized Google Account. Access may be limited by program, document, room, or role. You are responsible for protecting your account and access credentials.

Acceptable use and your content

You may use PARACHUTE only for its intended training and collaboration purposes. You must not violate applicable law or another person's rights; harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others; bypass access controls or disrupt the service; upload malicious material; or use PARACHUTE as an emergency service or permanent record system. You remain responsible for content you submit. Do not submit regulated, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information. Authorized participants may view or copy content made available to them.

Privacy and administration

Our processing of personal information is described at parachutecollaboration.com/privacy. Authorized administrators may manage participants and rooms, reset access, remove content or accounts, and take other reasonable steps to operate and protect the service.
 

Availability, disclaimer, and termination

PARACHUTE may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. PARACHUTE is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. No security system can eliminate every risk. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security concerns, program completion, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The current version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
